BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR returns for its 6th chapter under the theme ‘Homegrown Community’!
This year, BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR 2023 invites readers and art lovers to celebrate the diversity of the publishing community, experience bookmaking with no boundaries, and meet various designers, print media publishers, artists, and collectives from ‘homegrown publishing communities’ around the world.
Apart from shopping books from over 140 exhibitors, the fair aims to be a space where everyone can come exchange ideas on how people from different places, backgrounds, and contexts utilize publication as a tool to convey their stories, agendas, and topics of interest, ranging from social, politics, self-healing, to the wonders of daily routine.
Initiated by Studio 150 in partnership with BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY since 2017, BANGKOK ART BOOK FAIR (BKKABF) is an annual event aimed to bring together self-publishing and co-creating community to contribute in discovering and exchanging ideas, cultural ideals, and artistic aspirations.
