One person, one music, for one moment in time.
An invitation to feel through the lines of the body, the breath, and sound that slowly draws its patterns onto time.
Open a space for the mind to rest and contemplate with bare, unadorned music (Clean Sounds) that gradually emerges from silence, free of light, colour, or any other element that might disturb the act of listening.
Conveyed by four musicians from diverse backgrounds who work with silence, improvisation, and contemplation through music, letting sound, breath, and bodily awareness gently guide listeners into an Altered State of Consciousness, allowing the Parasympathetic Nervous System to come more clearly into play.
This is not merely listening to music, but spending time with sound, silence, the body, and ourselves.
