𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘: 𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘
When the rules are set for losing, on the day when the 'light' never reaches the shadows.
Over the past three decades since 1994, the name Narong Jarungthamchot, or “Khod Khai Hua Ro”, has recorded the people's chronicles through political cartoons in daily newspapers. He teased those in power with sharp, memorable lines. Yet, in a time when Thai society faces deeply rooted inequality and the transfer of power through monopolistic systems, 'Khod' has stepped beyond the confines of daily comic strips to create a large series of paintings in this solo exhibition, 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘: 𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘.
Opening from February 22 - March 22 on the 1st floor of Joyman Gallery, Bangkok.
Everyone is invited to the exhibition opening on Sunday, February 22 at 5:00 PM.
