𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐑𝐓: A First Conversation Before Falling in Love with the Artist’s Humanity

In the world of art, we are accustomed to stepping into galleries to encounter “perfect” works—carefully curated according to specific themes or techniques. Yet with 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐑𝐓, we wish to move beyond those frameworks and return to the simplest point of origin: the humanity of the artists themselves, and the space for sincere conversations offered by all 18 participating artists.

This exhibition brings together works that are not confined by fixed styles or narratives. Instead, it presents intimate territories—pieces that many may have never seen before. They may be untold artworks, personal memories, visual essays never previously exhibited, or cherished works from the artists’ own collections, held with deep emotional attachment.

At Joyman Gallery, we intend for these works to serve as a “first greeting” between artist and viewer—a genuine introduction that reveals a more vulnerable, powerful, and honest dimension beyond familiar impressions. It is about truly getting to know one another before we “fall in love.”

Before you begin falling for the forms, concepts, brushstrokes, or colors, we invite you to feel the love, nostalgia, and identity that lie behind the works—unembellished and unfiltered.

When every difference holds its own value…
Within this space, every distinction is given equal significance. We believe beauty does not arise from sameness, nor does uniqueness depend on harmony. Rather, it emerges when human beings dare to reveal their differences to one another.
