Agree or disagree? It's okay. The important thing is to keep your thoughts moving.

Maybe it can help reduce the sugary dreams.

Maybe it can help alleviate the expectations that cause heat in your body.

Or at least, get out of your own world.

Get some physical movement.

Criticizing yourself is good.
