Open Printmaking “Black Edition” Curated by Metasit Bunaikbuth
A black-and-white printmakings exhibition that gives space for 'black' is not merely darkness, but the language of lines, memories, and emotions hidden within the layers of ink. In a world full of colors and rush, sometimes… returning to 'black and white' is a return to the essence of printmaking itself.
Black Edition is a conversation between light and shadow, between emptiness and density, between delicate lines and the raw power of texture. Each print in this exhibition is not just an image, but a 'trace' of the process—the impressions of pressure, ink, carved lines, and the rhythm of the artist’s hand that records feelings in silence. We will see nature in another dimension: trees, flocks of birds, the darkness of forests, or even human faces emerging like dreams, all drifting between reality and the subconscious.
This exhibition gathers contemporary prints from international artists from various countries.
Each work presents 'black' in different forms, from tranquility, mystery, and fragility, to intense power that cannot be expressed in words.
