“Self-Portraits” reflects on how we see ourselves through the eyes of those closest to us— namely, our family members. The Ronin family consists of a dad, mom and two children, all of them artists with their own approach, technique, and visual language. A depiction of shifts in identity over time, each portrait, akin to a page from a personal journal, is an examination of relationships with the self and the body that tracks the subtle changes that unfold in everyday life.
