ภายหลักจากผู้จัดทำฯรับทราบข้อเรียกร้องดังกล่าวแล้ว ผู้จัดทำฯ จะดำเนินการติดต่อกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยจะดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว ภายใน 15 วันนับตั้งแต่วันที่ท่านได้แจ้งให้ผู้จัดทำฯ ทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร โดยมีเนื้อหาตามที่ผู้จัดทำฯระบุไว้ข้างต้น ในระหว่างการดำเนินการดังกล่าวท่านตกลงที่จะไม่ดำเนินคดีหรือท่านสละสิทธิในการดำเนินคดี ไม่ว่าในทางแพ่งและ/หรือ ทางอาญากับผู้จัดทำฯ เนื่องจาก ผู้จัดทำฯจำเป็นต้องใช้เวลาในการตรวจสอบและสอบสวนข้อเท็จจริงเพิ่มเติม
