Booppha Kali is a 2017 black comedy directed by Damkerng Thitapiyasak, based on the Tony Award-winning 2006 play Le Dieu du carnage by French playwright Yasmina Reza. The Thai adaptation is by Choltep Nabangchang. It stars Duangjai Phiao Hiransri, Pramod Sangsorn, Pattarasuda Anuman Rajadhon, and Kriengkrai Fookasem. In a classic case of much ado over nothing, two sets of parents try to resolve a situation in a civilised manner. But, the actual matter aside, it is their own idiosyncrasies that rise to the surface.
