Maison JE Bangkok proudly presents “Concrete Dream”, a group exhibition formed byi. Although each artist comes from different origins, experiences, and life paths, their shared connection to graffiti brought them together to collaborate and develop the ideas that shape this exhibition.
The exhibition reflects a shared human journey in which individuals move through life in their own ways. While everyone walks along the same path, each does so at different moments and stages. These differences form the core of Concrete Dream, explored through multiple perspectives that remain closely connected.
For the artists, these ideas function not merely as themes, but as foundations for identity. Graffiti emerges from lived urban experience through constant interaction with the city, its environments, pressures, and conditions of survival. Over time, it develops into an artistic language that reflects urban life and activates each artist’s creative energy.
The experience of moving through the exhibition mirrors the progression of life itself, from periods of struggle and survival toward stability, followed by reflection on the experiences that shape who we become.
The exhibition also emphasizes that uncertainty and confusion in youth are not failures, but essential aspects of growth. Instinct and the courage to dream remain values worth preserving as time moves forward.
