Art for Everyone – Bangkok’s First Affordable Art Fair Owning an artwork no longer needs to feel distant or reserved for a privileged few. ‘Paper Paradise’ – Bangkok’s very first Affordable Art Fair opens its doors to make art truly accessible and attainable for everyone. For three weeks this September, Chaloem La Art House—an art space in the heart of Ratchathewi, across from Graffiti Park—will be transformed into a vibrant showcase of more than 300 works by over 60 artists. The fair brings together emerging talents and established names, with every piece created by hand, carrying passion and intention especially for this event. “Bangkok is full of art lovers, but for many, having a piece of art to call their own has remained only a dream.” – Pumarin Wilkinson, Curator of Chaloem La Art House This became the driving force behind the fair: to present art that anyone can reach. Once the open call was announced, responses poured in from artists eager to join, resulting in a collective burst of fresh creativity and energy. Many artists also shared that returning to paper and paint rekindled their joy in the simplicity and purity of the creative process.

Every piece in ‘Paper Paradise’ not only reflects the artist’s unique voice but is also designed to be taken home—true to the spirit of an Affordable Art Fair.
