Number 1 Gallery invites you to step into a future imagined by Pawarisa Wangkhomfu in Silent Carnival. This exhibition unfolds like a surreal fairytale of tomorrow, capturing the artist’s reflections, emotions, and visions upon canvas.

In this world on the brink of collapse—devastated by pollution, waste, and endless catastrophes—life does not only face extinction, but must also evolve to survive. Flowers sprouting in abandoned lands may bear seeds shaped like skulls. Future generations of humankind may possess luminous, unfamiliar skin tones, bones as hard as metal, or even hybrid forms of human and animal. All are born from the consequences of human intervention.
